XeroTrace Decon LLC is a professional biohazard remediation company licensed, insured, and bonded in the state of Georgia. We provide crime scene cleanup, trauma cleanup, unattended death cleanup, drug lab decontamination, hoarding remediation, infectious disease decontamination, and vehicle biohazard cleanup services.

XeroTrace Decon LLC provides professional biohazard and trauma remediation services including crime scene and trauma cleanup, unattended death and decomposition cleanup, drug lab and methamphetamine decontamination, hoarding remediation, infectious disease decontamination, vehicle biohazard cleanup, and odor elimination and restoration. All services are performed in compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, CDC, and Georgia EPD regulations.
Prior to beginning any remediation work XeroTrace Decon LLC will provide a written scope of work and cost estimate. Services will not commence without your written or verbal authorization. Final costs may vary from estimates if additional contamination is discovered during the remediation process. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and direct insurance billing with your authorization. For insurance-covered work we may bill your insurance company directly. You remain responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or amounts not covered by your insurance policy.
XeroTrace Decon LLC offers insurance billing assistance as a courtesy service. While we make every reasonable effort to work with your insurance provider we make no guarantee that your insurance claim will be approved or that any specific amount will be covered. The client remains ultimately responsible for payment of services rendered.
The client or authorized representative must provide XeroTrace Decon LLC with lawful access to the property requiring remediation. By authorizing our services you represent that you have the legal right to grant access to the property and to authorize the remediation work. XeroTrace Decon LLC is not responsible for any access issues or disputes regarding property rights.
Important: XeroTrace Decon LLC performs all services according to industry standards and applicable regulations. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage discovered during remediation, items damaged as a necessary part of the remediation process when authorized, damage caused by conditions not disclosed prior to service, indirect or consequential damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We understand that emergency situations are unpredictable. For emergency services there is no cancellation fee if cancelled before our team departs. For scheduled services please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. If our team has already been dispatched a travel fee may apply.
XeroTrace Decon LLC may photograph the site before, during, and after remediation for documentation, quality control, and insurance claim support. These photographs are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit written consent.
XeroTrace Decon LLC treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any information about your identity, location, or the nature of services provided to any third party except as required by law or necessary to perform the contracted services with your consent.
All services are performed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws including OSHA, EPA, CDC guidelines, and Georgia EPD standards. Biohazardous waste is disposed of at licensed medical waste disposal facilities in accordance with all applicable regulations.
